A generic project life cycle model is a project with a sequence of stages; the management determines the number of sequences of the cycle and various factors like the organization's needs in the project, the nature of the project. The project lifestyle model is described as per the aspects and needs of the project. The project phase has been started with the start, end and control points according to the time.
