Q. 1. You have been appointed as the manager of a new branch located in the 2 tier city which was not able to perform and attract the customers. Target was provided by the head office to increase the deposits as well as loans and advances. What should be your strategy to enhance the performance of your branch.

Answer:All of your focus has to be on how to attract customers into your store, keeping them there, selling them something, inviting them to come back and marketing to them afterwards.
Using these eight steps in order gives you that focus.

1. Be honest. Ask yourself what you are doing right and what might be going wrong in your shop. Evaluate your processes, allocation of labor, training programs and marketing materials. Make a list of at least five things that are working and five that aren't.




Q. 2. A bank was not performing well due to various reasons which the management was not able to understand. Provide help to the bank by making a questionnaire which would help the bank to find out the reason for poor performance.

Answer:For the purpose or the merits of this research work questionnaire and interviews were used. A questionnaire is a list of highly structured questions written and handed over or mailed to respondents to provide relevant answers or solution to the questions. An interview is structured or unstructured way of obtaining information on a focused content.

The two types of questionnaire were used by the researcher. These are the open-ended and close ended type of questions.
