5 a. Elucidate the process of Electronic payment
Answer: When a customer orders a product from a payment gateway-enabled merchant, the payment gateway performs a variety of tasks to process the transaction.

1)      A customer places order on website by pressing the 'Submit Order' or equivalent button, or perhaps enters their card details using an automatic phone answering service.
2)      If the order is via a website, the customer's web browser encrypts the information to be sent between the browser and the merchant's webserver. In between other methods, this may be done via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The payment gateway may allow transaction data to be sent directly from the customer's browser to the gateway, bypassing the merchant's systems. This reduces the merchant's Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance

Most payment solutions use ACH to send money (minus fees) to their customers.
2)      A merchant account is a bank account that allows a customer to receive payments through credit or debit cards

6 Explain E-Commerce Strategies with neat diagram

Answer: There are dozens of ways to market your start-up and you probably won’t run out of ideas. The key to marketing your start-up successfully, however, relies heavily on your ability to tell stories that your target audience will relate to. You could spend a ton on advertising or run a well maintained blog, but nobody will care about what you say unless it evokes an emotional response, aligns with how the consumer envisions and expresses their own style or is a product whose value is amplified by peer participation.
