1 Explain the objectives of quality in healthcare. Add a note on Maxwell’s concept of quality.

Answer : In thermodynamics, vapor quality is the mass fraction in a saturated mixture that is vapor; i.e. saturated vapor has a "quality" of 100%, and saturated liquid has a "quality" of 0%.
